    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Do I have to use PayPal to purchase items?
    NO! When you get to the checkout screen, you will have the option to use Paypal if you would like, but that is not the only method of payment that we accept. You may use our secured payment processor for your debit or credit cards. We also offer Affirm if you need financing options.
  • How do I find what year my motorcycle or ATV is?
    If you have any questions identifying the correct part that you need, you are more than welcome to call, email, or text us and we will help you.
  • When will my order ship?
    We ship the next day after payment is complete. We do not ship on the weekends, so if you purchase on Friday, your item will ship out on Monday.
  • Can I purchase parts if I don’t live in the US?
    Absolutely! We ship worldwide. If you have any questions about international shipping, feel free to contact us.
  • What freight carrier will be used to ship my order?
    We have multiple trucking companies that we use for freight shipping. You will be emailed a tracking number with the details of your freight shipment when it ships. Most freight shipments take 2-3 days. Be sure to let us know if you have a commercial address that we can ship to so that it saves you a bit of money.
  • Where are my parts shipping from?
    Our warehouse is located in Roanoke, Va and all of our parts ship directly from there.
  • Can I expedite my order?
    Yes! If you call us and let us know when you need your order to arrive, we can quote you multiple shipping options for you to chose from. We offer everything from overnight to 2 day.
  • Do you charge tax on orders shipped to my state?
    At this time, orders purchased through our website are only charged tax if you have a Virginia address. If you purchase from us through EBAY or Amazon, tax will be charged to your purchase.

Condition Definitions:

Everyone describes conditions differently. Since we sell used and many versions of new parts, these are how we define each part. If you see a part listed as “New, open box”, these definitions will explain what that means to us. We try to accurately photograph each item so you can see any blemishes the item might have. New – Item is brand new in unopened, original packaging.

New other (see details) – Item is brand new, but could be missing original box or packaging. If original package is included, the box could be opened but all parts are included. If original box has been damaged beyond the point of being useable, we reserve the right to rebox the item in a box that is secured and stable for shipping. Items that are new, old stock will be described in this condition.

New with defects – Item is brand new but has been damaged from shipping or from years sitting on a shelf and movement around a warehouse. These items can be missing hardware or pieces.
