Shipping and Return Policy Statement

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment. For items purchased through Ebay, your tracking number will be added by Ebay at the time we ship it. For international orders, we ship from our shop to an international hub so the tracking number from us is only good for the first portion of your shipping. Additional tracking numbers will come to show tracking from the international hub to your location. For orders placed through the website, your tracking number will be delivered via email. If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at cssupport@2wmparts.com . Free shipping and flat fee shipping is for the lower 48 states. We will ship worldwide, so contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase for orders outside the lower 48 states only.

Shipping will be refunded on returns only upon our error, domestic only. International shipping will not be refunded on returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was sold – Brand new in unopened package. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cssupport@2wmparts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor will a refund be processed. We offer a 30 day window for returns and refunds. This 30 day window is from the date of purchase not the date that the item is delivered. If your return is outside that 30 day time period, we do not offer refunds. In some instances, we might be able to make an exchange, but you must first contact us to find out what we can do to help. e

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not honor manufacturer warranties. We will be happy to provide you with contact information for the manufacturer though. You will need to contact them directly to discuss any warranty they offer on the item. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Policy for Closeout, Used, and Yard sale items – No returns unless shipped by our error (our error includes item not matching description and photos)


Return shipping will be paid by us upon our error.
All items sold as is.
Be sure to check all photos and listing description for full disclosure of item condition.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The item shown in the photos is the item you are purchasing so be sure to check the photos closely. Items are sold As-Is. We sell on multiple platforms so if you have any questions, please feel free to email or call us at 540-456-9959 prior to purchase.
